Providence Buddies

Each student is assigned a “buddy” from another grade for the school year.  Students sit with their buddies during morning assembly three days a week, building relationships across classes.  Buddies also have an opportunity to spend time together at other Providence events such as March in the Park.  Generally kindergarteners are paired with younger upper school students and older grammar school students are paired with older upper school students.  These cross-class relationships foster sweet interactions in the hallways, on the playground, and elsewhere during the week.

Student Council

Each year Providence upper school students elect student representatives and officers. Student Council serves as a student liaison to the Dean and is responsible for planning many social events such as movie nights, bonfires, spirit week, dances and service opportunities.
